By spreading the cost of major services (like windows or carpets) across 12 months, you avoid large, seasonal maintenance bills during the holidays or spring cleaning season.
The 6-Month Commitment
To protect your investment and ours, this plan features a 180-day minimum enrollment. If you cancel before this commitment, you will be responsible for payment on all rendered services in full.

Pricing Example
The Math: Weekly interior maintenance plus 4 major resets (Siding, Windows, Auto, Carpet).

A final, personalized monthly rate will be established during your Initial Home Consultation, where we assess the square footage and specific specialty needs (e.g., number of windows or rooms of carpet) of your estate.
