The Specialty Suite
You receive three premium specialty services per year. These are strategically scheduled to protect your home’s value—such as a spring window cleaning, a fall gutter clearing, and an annual professional carpet or tile service.
The Foundational Start
Your membership begins with our signature Initial Deep Clean. This one-time intensive service serves as the baseline for all future bi-weekly maintenance, bringing your home up to our "Radiant Standard" from day one.

Predictable Flat-Rate Billing: We bundle the cost of your 24 annual cleanings and your 3 specialty services, apply your
10% Member Discount, and divide the total into one consistent, easy-to-manage monthly payment.
No Bill Spikes
Large seasonal tasks like windows or carpets are pre-paid through your monthly rate, so you never have to worry about a surprise invoice during the holidays or spring cleaning season.
The 6-Month Commitment
To provide the level of detailed care your home deserves, this plan carries a minimum 6-month enrollment. If you cancel before the 6 months, you will be responsible for payment on all services rendered in full.

The Value: The 10% discount offsets the cost of the Foundational Reset, making the first deep-clean "pay for itself" within the first 6 months.
A final, personalized monthly rate will be established during your Initial Home Consultation, where we assess the square footage and specific specialty needs (e.g., number of windows or rooms of carpet) of your estate.
